Registration Form
To sign up, create a new (unique) user name/id, provide a valid email address - for admin purposes (password resets), create a new password and confirm your password in the confirm password field.
The ONLY purpose of this sign-up is to discourage spammers. There is no ulterior motive for this.
Emails will only be sent when required by the user. For password resetting when the password has been forgotten or, as in this instance, a new user wishes to register.
